Appeal to Scientific Community

International scientific congress “Fundamental Problems of Natural Science and Engineering” gathered in St. Petersburg in August 2006 in order to discuss problems of knowledge realization, which are put before science by the experience of mankind.

At the end of the XX century it is realized that two science: classical and neoclassical exist and develop. The bases of classical science are Newton’s. “Principia” where axioms and laws of movement are formulated. The source of this knowledge is the philosophy of ancient Greece, China and India.

Newton’s ideas were not understood by his contemporaries and were unknown to scientific community for a long time. The bases of neoclassical physics are no correct translations of Newton’s laws genius Leonardo Euler. Just this interpretation was included into textbooks and consciousness of scientific community and is known as “Newton’s laws”.

Neoclassical approach originated stochastic description of real process and concept of “equilibrium Universe” with no development in it. Everyday difficulties appear in explanation and understanding of even very simple experiments if we follow neoclassical physics. The majority of so-called “scientific achievements” are really result of work of multimillion army of engineers who got their results without help and often despite declarations of neoclassical physics.

Congress 2006 returns scientific mentality to classical science, which reflects specific processes in the Universe. Physics reflects essence of natural sciences. Therefore its neoclassical interpretation influences all other science. Congress 2006 appeals to come to new scientific paradigm based on fundamental Newton’s laws and linking cause and effect in real processes. Congress 2006 appeals for coming to new scientific paradigm. This guarantee solution of many today problems in the development of society. Only realization of classical physics open way to deep understanding of Universe, prepares steps to new civilization.

International Scientific Congress “Fundamental Problems of Natural Sciences and Engineering 2006” Memorandum.

International Scientific Congress “Fundamental Problems of Natural Sciences and Engineering” took place in St.-Petersburg, Russia, 14-19th of August 2006. The aim of the congress is to reveal the cause of those deep contradictions, which appear in the process of science development. We see that two sciences, two physics exist. And physics is to open the laws of nature. At the end of the 17th century I. Newton in his “Principia” declared axioms, i.e. laws of mechanics which became basis of classical sciences, classical dynamics. Scientific community accepted it not instantly. At the beginning of the 17th century great Leonardo Euler translated from Latin orally formulated by Newton dynamics laws and proposed its mathematical form in terms of infinitely small.

Translation turned to be wrong and dynamics laws’ interpretation incorrect. Just this interpretation became basis of neoclassical physics named as “Newton laws”. This interpretation was included into textbooks and became a foundation of the philosophy which determined development of neoclassical physics. Neoclassical physics investigated objects’ condition and not movement in the Universe which is given us just in movement. This led us to stochashic approach to the description of objective world to postulates and models of equilibrium Universe in which there are no processes of development. Such approach converted natural philosophy into pseudoscience formally scientific but folse in its origin.

Therefore the number of problems which nonclassic science is uncapable to solve enlarged greatly last years. Many authors begin speaking about “decline of scientific age”. Nowadays we can understand the source of these problems: nonclassic science uses principles and laws not adequate to real nature. The congress proposed new scientific paradigm based on the original Newton laws which link causes with their effects. A universal evolution principle named “Order Principle” is proposed. It effects universal principle of elementary quantum action in the processes of elements’ transmutations and real objects evolution (ROE). We see the end of intellectual default in science and consciensness. The Universe complexity opens to be in simplicity and unity of its movement and creation laws. It is high time for reexamination of electrodynamics, etherodynamics quantum physics, chemics, biology and other sciences. Only return to the basis of classic science opens way to real understanding of Univers. Congress 2006 call scientific community for assimilation of new scientific paradigm and develop it in accordance with Nature.
