At the educational and scientific facility of the Saint Petersburg State University in Petrodvorets, Saint Petersburg, the International Scientific Congress-2000 “The Fundamental Problems of Natural Study”, was held on July 3rd to 8th 2000.


THE RESULTS

Over 200 people from different regions of Russia, Belorussia, Kazakhstan, Ukraine, England, Germany, Greece, Israel, Canada, China, Serbia, USA, Sweden, Japan participated in the work of plenary meetings and sections. Congress-2000 stimulated the discussion on the wide range of subjects and problems: Earth and Universe, time of space, gravity, ether dynamics, fundamental principals and laws of natural science, techniques, computer science, civilization, human consciences, the future.

THE RESOLUTION

Along with noticing the necessity to meet and discuss the fundamental problems of natural study and techniques, Congress-2000 would recommend to hold every 2 years the congress of this kind in Saint Petersburg, and to address to different organizations in order to get the financing for the scientific conferences and the researches. The participants of the Congress-2000 consider very important holding the conferences on the most actual problems in between the congresses, one on the energy resources in 2001 is planned.
